Adoptionlead is a product developed at High Tech Masterminds Pty Ltd. We are a high technology scale-up studio based in Sydney, Australia. We teamed up with some of the best Australian masterminds of technology to be able to assist you in your digital transformation projects. It means that our software engineers work closely with our network of computer scientists to make sure that the proposed solutions are crafted using the right combination and integration of technology. 

We simply decided to build the best ever product to help onboard users to use enterprise systems including Odoo and SAP.

Mohammad, Mastermind

Founder and chief visionary, Mohammad is the driving force behind the company. He loves to keep his hands full by participating in the development of software, marketing, and customer experience strategies. Mohammad has 17 years of work experience in the area of business process automation and ERP systems with a PhD from UKM/UNU and a master of open source computing from AEU.

Sharon, Business Analyst

Sharon is an IT business analyst at High Tech Masterminds. She also works on ICT and technical support for bridging the gap between IT and business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Sharon holds a bachelor of mathematics from Indiana University United States and a master of IT from the University of Tasmania in Australia.

Shima, Team Lead

Shima is the mastermind behind the operation Smart XP and Smart Tips, with the mission to simplify over thousands of fields, menus and elements in Odoo ERP. 
Shima holds a master of Software Engineering from Staffordshire University (UK) and an e-MBA in Business Intelligence

Seok Yin, Senior Consultant

Seok Yin is well-versed in accounting and has been working with Odoo for over 7 years. She has been involved in training Odoo customers in various sectors including manufacturing, retail and service sector. She has contributed to more than 30 Odoo modules developed for enterprise customers and Odoo partners in relation to accounts payable, accounts receivable payroll functions, financial reconciliations, general ledgers and regulatory reporting.
